Artisan Pizza: Step into the world of gourmet pizza in this hands-on adult cooking class! Students will learn to mix, knead, and rise their own pizza dough, craft a homemade sauce, and explore a variety of familiar and unique ingredients to customize their own delicious creations. This class combines technique with creativity, teaching the fundamentals of dough-making and sauce preparation while encouraging each participant to design a pizza that reflects their personal taste. By the end, everyone will enjoy a warm, freshly baked pizza they made from scratch. Registration is for one person. Each guests needs their own registration. Adults over 21 can BYOB.
