Mike and Allison are an absolute hoot. I have taken... four(?) classes so far and the cinnamon roll and pierogi are on the calendar. It's a fun multi generational good time. Can't wait for the new barn to open this spring and the classes that will be there!
I thoroughly enjoyed the sourdough class offered by Dragonfly Farms. The process was hands-on and fun. We left with a bit of starter and our own loaf to enjoy. But what I appreciate the most is “service after the sale”. When I tried a loaf on my own, it was a bit of a disaster. A quick email to Mike and Allison showed the error of my ways and I was soon baking some respectable loaves. It’s now become a weekly ritual. I’ve even tried a few discard recipes and continue to experiment with additional ingredients. And yes, I’ve named my starter: Mr. Doughjangles. Thanks Dragonfly Farms for teaching me something new I can share with my tribe!
