Canning Vegetables, Sauces, and Relish: Learn the art of preserving vegetables, sauces and relish during this hands-on class. We will explore water bath canning and each participant will leave with one jar each of canned tomatoes, homemade pasta sauce, and relish. Registration is for one person.
