Gnocchi Workshop: Discover the art of fresh, pillowy potato gnocchi in this hands-on adult cooking class. Participants will learn to mix, roll, and shape gnocchi from scratch, mastering the techniques that create light, tender bites. Students will also prepare a rich brown butter sage sauce to perfectly complement their gnocchi, learning the timing and technique to elevate simple ingredients into a flavorful, elegant dish. After your gnocchi are complete, sit down and enjoy them in our dining space. Registration is for one person. Each guest needs their own registration. Adults 21 and over can BYOB. .
