Service Description

Hand Made Ravioli and Tortellini: Dive into the art of fresh pasta in this hands-on cooking class! Students will learn to make pasta Ravioli and Tortellini while mastering the techniques of mixing, rolling, and shaping dough to perfection. Participants will also create their own marinara sauce from scratch, and cheese filling, while the instructor demonstrates a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce to complement their pasta. By the end of class, everyone will enjoy a delicious meal of fresh, homemade pasta paired with flavorful sauces. Registration is for one person. Each guest needs their own registration. Adults 21 and over can BYOB.
